This was Colin's first time playing with play dough.  I am not a huge fan, but it was a gift... and he loved it!  You can't see it that well, but he made a dinosaur.

Watching Santa.

 

Aunt Kailey sent Colin a video of Santa talking to Colin... it was really cute!  Colin was mesmerized =)

December 5

Mrs. Claus.

 

Colin and I ran errands today... first stop: Barnes and Noble.  On the way in I ran into a girl from the neighborhood... turns out Mrs. Claus was having story time today!  At 10 am.  We got there at 9:45!  Perfect timing!  So we hung out and listened to the story, which Colin didn't care too much about, but when it came to singing he was sooo into it!  He was one of the only kids (and there were tons!) that clapped throughout the entire thing =)  Too cute.  The rest of the day he kept singing "Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells"!

The weather has been awesome!!!!!  Colin and I have been trying to hurry through errands so we can enjoy some outside time!  Today he asked for his sunglasses =) it was pretty bright outside!

We missed our friend Sawyer's birthday party because we were both getting over our colds, so today we went by to give him his present!  And he gave Colin a goody bag from the party.  Inside..... a car!  When we got home, Colin got to work lining all of them up.  He put this book up and then began "parking" all his cars.  He LOVES playing with them!

The weather has been so nice!  Colin and I had a great time taking advantage and playing outside!  Soon after this picture, I had to strip off the big coat!

This totally sums up Colin's excitment about Christmas this year!  Granted, the picture itself doesn't do it justice, but he was sooo excited to get a Christmas tree!  And on the way, he pointed out every Christmas light he saw =)
