I brought Colin and Suzi back with me today - and it was so great to be reunited again =)
Garet soaked up his time with Colin... literally - Colin was soaked by the time they were done with the watertable!
Anytime we are not with Garet, we send a "good night pic". Again I didn't take a picture this day... my mom took this =) Garet and I drove back from Orlando to Whiteville (8 hours), then I jumped back in the car and drove from Whiteville to Charlotte (3 hours) - I just couldn't wait another day to see this sweet boy of mine!!!
I got slack and didn't take pictures this day... this is from Garet's camera. We were at the outlets in Orlando and Garet took this of me in front of "St. John" to send to his mom... ya know cause we used to live on St. John =)
We were back at the water table today. This is the look I got after me saying, "Colin. Colin. Hey Colin. Colin! Hey! Look up bud! Where's Mommy? Hellloooo! Cooolinnnnn!"
He is like "yeah mom? What?"
Garet and my best friend, Marsha, got together and came up with the idea for us to stop by her place so that her and I could ride her horses together!! If you know me at all then you know I LOVE horses and riding - so imagine the thrill when Colin got up there with me and didn't want to get off!! (you can see the recap of our weekend here)
Of course, any chance we got we spent outside! Colin loves "driving" this little car... but my parents driveway is gravel... so he has a difficult time getting around on it! So, he just spent some time spinning the wheel around =)
In the house, Colin is such a big help when it comes to cleaning. So... why should I be surprised when he started "sweeping" outside?!
He found this bunch of pine needles, and it became his perfect broom =)
Today we spent the morning at a Fish Rodeo!
Garet was working, so we went to see what it was about. It was a beautiful day! And Colin had a blast running around and looking at the lake!
Our poor Suzi is sick... she has "stress colitis", brought on by stress... from me coughing =(
Crazy dog.
But I love her so much that I will muffle my coughs so it won't stress her out.
Maybe I'm the crazy one...
