Jan - Sept

So... I am done blogging.  I started blogging on www.thebeanefamily.blogspot.com about 6 years ago.  Then I started www.beaneaday.blogspot.com almost 4 years ago!  I combined them a few months ago just because it started getting hard to keep up with 2 blogs.  I love pictures and I have loved having the blog where I post a picture a day.  BUT lately it is just hard to motivate myself to get them posted and write something... so I will still take pictures, but I am done blogging.  I also find that with myself, I have a hard time stopping something I start because it becomes routine... or something I have to do.  I have also backed off of facebook.  I think I am the only person in the world going backwards with technology.  I am just over it.  With all my pictures I do a photo book documenting our year.  I have done this since G and I got married!  With this blog, I do a college of my pictures each month and it becomes my calendar for the next year.  I figured I would stick those on here as I get them done.  I will definitely keep those up.  I LOVE seeing each month's pictures!

So, with all that said.  Here are the months so far...

Grands.

We had such a fun, busy day today!
It started with Colin making a race car.  He kept saying, "Everyone is going to be soooo impressed!"

And he let Addison drive it...

Morgan came by with Kailey and we let them have their nap/quiet time together.  I peeked in before we shut the door and Morgan was laying her head on Colin.  Of course, she moved when I snapped the picture.  They talked the whole time.  But it was so so precious.

We had a small crowd this afternoon with my cousin and her family... we got to visit with them and the triplets!!  They are so adorable!  I am just amazed with Lindsay and the girls!  Lindsay is a super mom that is on top of caring for these sweet baby girls. My kids were obsessed with the girls!  They both just wanted to be in their face.  Like this picture with Addison patting Bristol on the face...

Colin wanted to hold all three...

Then we got to have a turn...

After everyone left, Addison strut around the house with her pearls and fireman hat

And then we hung out in the front yard for a bit before dinner.  Colin wanted to be front and center...

Garet got good night picture that was so cute... They always kiss good night.  And Colin always makes sure to tell Addison, "Good night, I will see you in the morning".  It is absolutely priceless.

Putting shoes on Morgan.

This morning we went to hang out at Morgan's house!  After messing up her house with toys =) we went to the park in their neighborhood...  Addison likes to keep up with the big kids. She climbed up as high as you could go to slide down the big slides...

On the walk back... we saw a cement mixer!

This afternoon, the kids did some gardening...

On Grandmama's swing...

Playing in the spa...

Addison helped my mom make some cupcakes...

Love them.

Colin got to ride the train...

And ride elevators downtown allll the way to the top of the building...

And ride on daddy's shoulders...

And, a super highlight, watch "line ups" all over the city =)  ("line ups" are any time more than one car is stopped together.  At red lights or stop signs.)

In the meantime, Addison got to give a baby doll kisses...

Hayride.

We had so much fun today!  We met up with Eric, Kailey and Morgan and went to Anne Springs Fall Frolic.  It was a beautiful day!  Colin and Morgan first got to ride this tractor thing pulling "cows"...

It was hilarious the outtakes I got trying to get all 3 to look at me.  They never did...

We went through a corn maze... which I was nervous about.  (Have you seen The Shining??  Maybe they didn't have corn, but a maze nevertheless)
Addison in Eric's hat...

Colin took control of the map, and judging from this pic, he was as nervous as I was!

These two are the sweetest!

Colin jumped from hay bale to hay bale... this was him telling me to come up and join him...

Colin LOVED these... Eric and Morgan got on another one and they raced =)

The corn... this was right before Addison decided she hated it...

They hayride took us to a pumpkin patch

We had a blast!
