Yummy.

 

Colin decided to skip his nap this afternoon (therefore Mommy didn't get her nap either...) so, we decided to make chocolate chip cookies!  This was a really fun, but really stressful, activity.  Colin helped with everything.  Everything.  In the end, our cookies were... as Colin says, "Delicious!"  We had to taste test =)

 The big chair.

 

It has been cold and rainy lately, and Garet has had to work a lot... so Colin and I headed to the Children's Museum to burn off some energy!  This big chair is in the front when you go in.

This morning we had fun with stamps!  Colin has a train and his name and he had fun stamping them all over the paper!

We went by Garet's office today (yes he had to work) and look who we found!  Colin's friend Abby was there with her parents =)  Abby kept trying to sit with Colin, like in the picture, but then Colin would move to the other chair... Abby would follow... Colin would move... repeat.  They are so funny together!

At the waterfall.

 

There is a tiny waterfall near our house, and since it was so pretty outside, we walked down to it.  Colin really had fun throwing little sticks in the water and seeing them float down the waterfall =)

First haircut at the barber shop.

 

Colin has had his hair cut by my sister in law, Kailey, but this was the first time he went to a barber shop!  He looks so grown up!  And he did amazing!  Even the barber (Bill) said, "this is the best I've ever seen!"  So proud of my little man =)

This afternoon Garet washed our cars (Thank you honey!!) and Colin helped. 
Well, he rode his wagon around in the water.  And he stomped in the puddles.  =)

It snowed off and on all day today.  Nothing stuck (thank goodness - I am NOT a fan of the snow!), but it was cold and wet outside.  When Colin got up from his nap he spent some time giving Daddy snuggles.  Perfect day to cozy up on the couch!

Colin and I ran a few errands today... one of which was right beside PetSmart, so we stopped in.  I think we spent probably 30 minutes just looking at all the fish.  Back and forth.  He pointed out each of them =)

Happy Valentine's Day.

 

Colin and I had a busy day... we baked, did some housework, did this craft, and then hung out with Daddy when he got off work!  I love my guys!

Making a house.

 

We got to hang out at the Children's Museum today... Colin helped Garet build a house with ALL the blocks!  As soon as it was done he tried to knock it down, of course =)

Sandbox.

 

Colin and I had a great time at MOPS this morning... then this afternoon we took a nice walk to the park.  It was a little chilly, but we had fun!  Colin goes straight to the sandbox!  He loves it.

Shells.

 

Colin helped me dye different shapes of noodles (he calls them shells), once they were dry he could play with them!  Since it was a rainy day, we put down a towel and he got to work loading up his dump truck!  This kept him occupied for a couple hours!  He can sort and pour and dump... we did 4 different shapes and colors.  And he keeps them on the towel!

That's right.  This was Colin's first ice cream cone. 
We went to Dickey's Barbecue Pit after church today... it is near our new house... and it was SOOOO good!  Kids eat free on Sunday AND they have free soft serve ice cream!  Colin left it on the table like this until he was down to the last bite =)  We were at this restaurant for about 1.5 hours waiting on him to finish eating.  Once he was finished with the cone, he went back and finished his plate of food.

We had a great time at the circus this morning!  A cub scout pack had extra tickets and invited us to go.  You can read more about our trip on The Beane Family blog =)

Colin decided to walk around in my boots this morning.
Funny we had a really busy afternoon... Monkey Joes with friends, out to dinner... and I totally left home without my purse!  Which meant no camera.  Can I blame pregnancy brain?!

It was a rainy, cold, gross afternoon... so we got out some paint and made some masterpieces!

Colin decided to skip his nap today... so we went to the park instead!  It was another beautiful day!  Garet had a late meeting, so I sent him a "Night Daddy" picture!

It was FINALLY a decent day out and we got to go play outside!  Colin was not feeling the camera =)  I think he was actually saying, "No camera Mommy" in this picture.  But we had a great time burning off some energy!

We headed to the Children't Museum this morning to burn off some energy.  Colin HAD to have the fireman hat while driving the firetruck (and yes, he always wears it backwards!)  Then we headed out to camp to have lunch with Garet!

We went to Toys & Co. today for storytime (and some playing, of course!)  That night we went to Garet's banquet for work.  Colin was so funny running around charming everyone!
