Making dinner.
This afternoon, I made a cake for Garet (for tomorrow) and with each step, and each mix of the mixer, Colin wanted to see... "see?! see?! see?! peas!" So I thought maybe he could help with dinner. For a side I made Pineapple Casserole (if you've never heard of it, it is soooo good! I will have to give you the recipe)... there are only a few ingredients so I put them in plastic containers so he could dump and stir. He did SO well! It was fun to have a little helper =)
I bet that was the best pineapple casserole you ever had! He's enjoying every moment of this!
